Who We Are

Lisa Ricci

The President of MedOffice Solutions, Ltd, Lisa, has been in the medical billing field since 1999. Her training was through the American Medical Billing Association (AMBA) and she continues her education by attending seminars and keeping memberships with the AMBA and PMRNC (Billers Network). She became certified in 2003 and continues her education for CEU credits. She has taken multiple courses from HCpro on HIPAA, many courses with the AMBA on several topics.

Lisa personalizes her services to fit her client's needs. She has been in the Chicagoland area most of her life and has been in office management most of her career. She used that experience and started her own billing company in 1999. She serves people, she knows how it is not getting your medical bills paid and fights for YOUR patient's rights to get their medical treatment WHEN they need it.

She received the Einstein 100% Award in 2005 and the 5 Star Award in 2006 from AMBA. She has been given the "Team" award for the last 7 years from the AMBA. Her company is known as the top 5 billing companies in Illinois. 2016 - Was accepted for a lifetime membership of Who's Who.
