Setting up is Simple

There are three ways to get your information from your office to us:

• Faxing (available 24 hours a day)

• US Mail

• Pickup by us - (available to local clients)
   

What we need from you:

1. Patient Information Sheet

2. Both sides of patient's insurance card(s)

3. Daily Superbill or daysheets

4. Explanation of Benefits from insurance Carriers

Checks still go to your office, you need only fax us a copy of the EOB (Statement received with the checks) and we will post payments to patient accounts in order to provide you with monthly reports.

Remote Access:

We have a service that you can obtain REAL TIME access to our software right from your office. This is a great feature for your office staff to obtain patient balances as they come in or check out. This is an additional charge for this service. You and/or your staff will be able to view patient demographics, account balances, as well as daily reports.

Billing Consulting

• You Office:
  This service is available if your office is within 100 miles from our office. Personalized training is provided to your staff. We will come to your location and train you on YOUR software.  We will set you up with a clearinghouse and fill out all the paperwork to get YOUR provider filing electronically through YOUR billing center or staff. We will train you in data entry for entering patients, charges, adjustments and payments.  We will take the fear away with personalized attention.

  We will be happy to assist you in setting you up on the correct path to getting your Billing business/staff started. MUST BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

Software Training

This is available to Claimgear, PMX3 (Synergy MIS) and Altapoint version 5.0 and up. Step-by-step instructions are provided on how to set up the practice and get your claims processed.  I know many software's offer tech support or big manuals, it's always easier getting the personal support WHEN you need it.
