Hello my name is Steve B., and I am a chiropractor working in a multi disciplinary clinic in Lincoln Park.  I am writing to you in regards to Lisa Paoli of MedOffice Solutions, Inc.  We have been working with Lisa since November of 2000.  Our contract with her is per claim with follow up calls. Lisa's a great person to work with, and she's well organized and efficient.  We send her our superbills, she makes sure everything is in order.  She lets me know if  I entered the wrong information and calls to ask what needs to be changed.  She reminds me of any missed superbills, registration sheets and insurance cards.  When it comes to follow up calls, Lisa does more then she has to.  She follows up with WC, AA and insurance companies that are hard to deal with.  She lets me know whether we need to resubmit any old claims, medical notes or other information the insurance company needs.  She also finds out why an insurance company did not pay for a particular service.  Lisa does more than she has to do for us and I really appreciate that.  Lisa is very prompt in returning phone calls, she ALWAYS returns my phone calls.  I hope you can see that she's a great person to work with.  If you have any questions feel free to call me........
